This is exactly the same as with KKK ralies. I mean I don't give a fuck about them. But, the simple fact that people go out and protest gives them reason enough to have thier rallies and keep them coming from year to year. If no one showed up how demoralizing would it be to preach about something such as hatred of blacks to a street with no one on it. If I was in there shoes I would get the fuck out of there. looking at through hthe eyes of the KKK or through the eyes of the eyes of pastor Phelps. He probabaly gets off on people protesting against him. Im not trying to make a joke but I am saying without opposition they wouldn't be around.

I also have a hard time listening to these extremists. When I talk down about people that are just saying mean things about religion just to piss people off, I sometimes think about those that do it right back. Phleps is one of these people. He thinks he is putting himself above those people, but he is dropping down to their level, (if not deeper). If this is done in retaliation to attackers of Christianity, it doesn't make it any more right. It makes it worse. What ever happened to the Bible teaching to turn the other cheek ( ... )
