The losses aren't bizarre. If you look at the scores for most of the Duke games, a lot of them are really fucking close. I would say it's damn lucky that they haven't lost more...they nearly lost to Carolina, they by all rights *should* have lost to FSU that first time (something FSU avenged last game), they beat some team (don't remember) by one point, who was unranked. So many other games were so very close and if the controversial calls hadn't been called in favor of Duke (I think the Boston College game was the big one? Well, there were a few ACC games that were hugely controversial and the ACC refs were even investigated, etc.), Duke would have lost the games. All I'm saying is Duke is a really really good team, but they're definitely beatable, and imo should have lost more. There are a lot of really really good teams, just not a lot of JJ Redick's and blowhards like Mike Kryzewski ( ... )

everyone is beatable, that goes without saying. but g-town and fsu should have been easy wins, and they lost. therefore i think they are bizzare moments from the duke season.
