Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup rolled oats (i used instant and they worked fine)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper
1 egg
combine all ingredient and pulse in food processor until chunky but not pureed.
add a little bit of water if necessary.
put the mixture in a bowl and chill it it in the fridge at least
