well it's definitely going to take some time to heal. i don't think that i usually feel this much pain after a death in the family. mickey was my immediate family. he was like my brother. i'm going to miss him very much

i know how you feel. i've never felt so much pain after someone has died. and today has been especially difficult because everyone is working, so i've just been here at home trying to find something to do. i listened to my ipod and started crying, and then i tried to read 'life of pi', but once i got outside and sat on the lounge chair to read it, i just couldn't b/c it's about this guy having a connection to animals.

and now licky has really started to upset me too b/c i see things that he does that are so much like what mickey would do, and he followed me all around the house all day today, which made me sad b/c that's what mickey does with mom. i mean, did with mom.

arun has an electric and acoustic guitar here, so i think i might get that out and play it tonight. and then sheela and i are going to have a makeup party sometime soon - maybe when she gets home from work tonight.

i just feel really lonely sometimes. i want my mickey.
