I was there! Well, I went to the last day of the season at Headingley. Rooty has played in 75% of the first class cricket I've watched (3 out of 4 games, so not that impressive). It's great to see them lift the trophy again, and I'm hoping to get a membership for next year so I can watch a lot more.

My best friend has got me hooked on Kings XI (through the medium of a former Yorkshire player in the form of David Miller), so we've been following that pretty closely. They were incredible, until that final semi which just went... yeah. The one problem I have with the series is that George Bailey is captain of both Hobart and KIXP, and then struck the winning runs for KIXP when they met - there should really be a rule that prevents that, surely?

Oh, and we're got a new kitten and named him Rooty, becuase yes.
