Try having a musical instrument as main hobby. Imagine, if you will. Good? OK, now that's a money drain.

I think the term "a" musical instrument is wrong. I have a musical instrument as a hobby, and although I want to expand my repertoire to cover more instruments, all I really need is music.

But, that said, I am a self-confessed bookoman.
