My therapist (whom I'm switching from because its just too far to drive sad :( I love her) rocks. She is in Sun Prairie, but her name is Maria Graff and she is at the Dean Clinic. You should check her out ;) I've been reading stuff like the Secret and thing. To me it sounds like you need to use the Power of Attraction to find a happy place :)
