The sad this is I have seen Judge Dredd... but it was a long long time ago (I can stilll remember, how the music used to make me smiiiiile)

Odd, I have no memory of that particular line. It seemed obvious to me that it was preceded by "Roses are red, violets are blue."

I also have seen Judge Dredd, but promptly forgot about it.

Ha, I just noticed the "sappy romantic comedy" bit. While Kirk and Spock may have been said to be in a romance of sorts, I doubt it would be classified as "sappy".
Comedy, maybe, at times.
