World without commerce paper
I wrote this for my business law class. Read it if you want
The world today is very unsavory. It takes a lot of energy and a lot of patience to start a business. I cannot fathom the amount of time that some people spend on creating a business to suddenly realize that it will not work out. If at some point they realized that their business idea wasn’t going to go well, do I believe that they would have continued on with it? Honestly, yes I do. I believe that a person whose true belief holds them to a certain ideal that, “yes my idea will survive!” is something that ultimately makes or breaks a business man.
Truth be told, there are lots of ideas out in the world today that haven’t been fulfilled or haven’t even been thought of. Even I have come up with ideas before that when I executed them didn’t really make much difference to my world but it was the difference they made while I was making them that helped me grow and expand my knowledge on the business ideal. The business ideal obviously is to make money. it is a concept that has been there since the time of memorial. It is really about survival. Survival of the fittest or so the theory goes. I am not saying that Darwinism isn’t correct, but there does come a time when a man or person knows that their idea is going to go no where and yet they persist to pursue that dream just because they truly feel like it is going to work out in the end. Monetary gain is something that all humans should hope to acheive. the privacy and the feeling of great self worht is something that only a few can truly say they have accomplished. I really can’t say that I have achieved all of that yet. I also can’t complain about the limited amount of monetary gain I have had in the world based upon either my physical or mental labor.
The world is built around the fundamentals that in truth, everyone wants more. In some way or another human’s just want more of whatever it is that brings them joy. Whether it even be something like seclusion, money, power, friends, or even different emotions such as love. Everyone wants something to work out for them. They want it so badly that they are willing to put certain values aside and let greed step in for a split second and let it dictate their moves in life. I am certain that everywhere, despite what one might say, there is someone contemplating on how to take over the world. Whether they realize it or not I believe that they are. At this very moment I could be too. It is just a matter of how people interpret their actions.
Interpretation, what a clever word, a clever word for saying that the world is wrong and that I am correct. Is that not so? Everyone claims to have the correct opinion when that is hypocrisy in it of itself because no one can truly be right or wrong because facts are facts and opinions are opinions. I duly note when one of my friends has a difference of opinoin than I but at the same time I also realize that I may have an opinoin that is equaly absurd to them and thus the reality of it all is that communication links the world together. We are all characters in a play and how we act or react in this world truly makes a difference especially in the business world where everyday there is someone trying to upend another just for the sake of the might dollar. I can’t say that I don’t agree with this because I do wish to live a very comfortable life. I also wish to note that while I am very aware that I want to make a lot of money, that doesn’t make me any more close to doing so unless I interpret things correctly around me and make the best attempt I can at changing a substantial amount of work into a substantial amount of profit.
The world runs on opinions and options. Either one shall dictate whether we are poor or rich, wealthy in life or wealthy in gold. Where would the world be without the idea that someone needs to make a living and be somewhere? We would live in a city state where bartering would be the key way of managing our finances and where quantity wouldn’t be a factor but quality would. The day that the world doesn’t rely on the dollar system would be a day that chaos might reign supreme because the very nature of the world that we have been brought up in has been reduced to quantity and very few rely on quality to guide their actions, despite what recent ads might say. I can’t imagine a world without commerce though I could imagine a world where the importance of paper money has diminished.
