I think the breed you are refering to doesn't come with an acute sense of smell, hence clueless.

Not true lah. They are just specialized. They only have a very keen sense of smell to sniff out opposition members.

His lips "thin" meh? Seem normal to me from the photos. Anyway, that's subjective. Whether I find his lips thin or not, they aren't going to be too different from the picture unless the it was inaccurate or he has done something to his lips.

The limping part best siah. Now, what if I had seen someone that looked like him, but told myself, "Eh, no lah. He's not limping. Can't be him." Now then they say his limp isn't normally noticeable...

Other information? I suppose they might be "sensitive" to quote WKS and will take another 500 rounds of red tape to release.

This game is quite a challenge, what's the prize again?
At least a million dollars would be fair, the bounty should be out from someone's own pocket, make himself useful for once?

Since our gahmen likes people who are "constructive", every minister who has uttered some crap about the escape should offer one year of his salary as bounty. (I'm sure all of them are able to survive very, very comfortably for one year or more without salary.)
