Of course, neither of them are innocent.

Taxi driver's in the wrong direction of the traffic, told that kpo to fuck off when told to move, which possibly provoked the filming.

Whereas this Andrew's trying too hard to taunt the taxi driver just to get more guilty footage of the guy while the cameras roll. He is more irritating, disgusting than anything else, obviously filmed that to shame the driver while unwittingly displayed his own ignorance, and stupidity. What's that load of dogshit about citizen arrest, crime scene and penal code 323 (which isn't even relevant)

Generally, it's his blatant weight throwing, threatening & bullying tactics that puts most people off.

I've subconsciously filtered off those 2 imcompetents, they are solely reserved for certain criminals, private hunt dogs of a certain family. Anything else is non of their business, don't expect them to even do anything about it.
