I opened my new bag of matcha today, and I bought a pair of 茶杓! (chashaku)
So now I have the entire set of Japanese tea ceremony eqpt.

~ Ceremonial Matcha Bowl
~ Chasen (Bamboo Whisk)
~ Chashaku (Matcha Spoon)
~ Chaki (Matcha Caddy)

oooo how do you use it to make ochazuke?

I used to make koicha with the matcha, now no matter how much I put, it's always usucha for some reason. For ochazuke, just buy the prepacked furikake/ochazuke mix from daiso, then pour in the matcha instead of ocha. :x

ah. matcha. i used to only add furikake + .. water xD

Oooh, normal furikake a bit bland + water = not much taste.
You must get the prepacked ochazuke from daiso, that one very tasty (salty)!
Use ocha or matcha to get lagi better taste + color!
