I used to make koicha with the matcha, now no matter how much I put, it's always usucha for some reason. For ochazuke, just buy the prepacked furikake/ochazuke mix from daiso, then pour in the matcha instead of ocha. :x
Oooh, normal furikake a bit bland + water = not much taste. You must get the prepacked ochazuke from daiso, that one very tasty (salty)! Use ocha or matcha to get lagi better taste + color!
