So, some how I've become responsible for many of my friends computer problems, and I mean from all over...how is it that I go out of my way to take care of these things when I can, attempt with many methods to make contact, and when I finally give up I get bitched at for it not being done (this is not directed at anyone particular person, ( Read more... )

I'm sorry if I made you feel that way. My telling you that my dad was coming over to work on my computer was just an off-handed comment. I in no way meant to tell you off, or bitch you out. My father has always fixed my computer except when he got too busy last year.

Truthfully I don't feel that you are responsible for my computer in any way. You built it exactly how I asked for it. Last year all I needed was to be able to hook up to the network, and use the programs. Things have changed. Now I need to be able to hook up to a modem, and I need to be able to use my disk drive so I can do homework. I should have been longer sighted and anticipated what my needs would be when I moved off of campus.

Once again, I am sorry!

That was definitely not directed at you! I tried to imply that in my ranting...a couple friends from highschool were guilty of actually chewing me out. And I quickly turned around and blew them off.
I'm more than happy to help you out with your computer when you need help, especially since I did rebuild it for you & I do feel responsible for my work, however little of it went into your computer. I did promise you a working disk drive and I have one for you; however I only work a few minutes from where you live, so please get on my case & call me to get that done for you...I don't keep track of people's schedules and I don't know when you're available for me to come over and help :). I take complete responsibility for the work that I do on people's computers, so if something's not working or I haven't done something right then it is my job to take care of it; don't ever feel bad or hesitate to call me and have something fixed or replaced, it's what I do and what I love doing for people.
