Why the hell would he be in Texas right now if he didn't want to be with you? Of course he has his doubts; he left, veritably, his whole life behind but that doesn't mean you should feel guilty. It was his decision so that you two could finally be together. Just...appreciate it. I'm sure you will but...yeah. Can't really say anything more helpful or enlightened in my current post-vacation state.
