Okay so I have a similar story - I mean, I did pretty well in university, but nothing spectacular because I never put quiiiiite enough effort in...

And then last year in Capitalist School business college, which I didn't even LIKE as much as university (which I know is the opposite of you, actually, but still) but I knew I had to get good grades OR ELSE, when I actually applied myself, I ended up with stupidly high marks.

In conclusion, university education is often totally wasted on university students. University students gotta grow up and learn some shit first, yo.
