This medicine is tearing me apart inside. I'm really tired all the time, I shake and have tremors. Sometimes my vision gets blurry

Meds for these types of things take quite awhile to get into your system, sometimes even months. Just give it time. I know that statement won't make the process any easier, but that's all you can do. I hope it gets easier and I hope the Lithium works for you.
