Usually, Dev would feel annoyed that they didn't trust him to make it to the house in Malibu on his own, but this time he was looking forward to relaxing in the back with his boyfriend and unwinding from the flight from Boston. Tom pulled Dev close and chuckled. "I was just trying to decide which would be less dangerous, meeting your family or the road." He was nervous, but not because Dev's family was so rich. It had more to do with the fact that his lover's family mattered so much more to Dev than he let anyone realize, just as Tom's family meant the world to him.

Dev kissed Tom in an effort to assuage his fears, but also because he really wanted to kiss him.

"You're going to be just fine, I promise," he murmured, a devilish grin on his face as he snuck a hand into Tom's lap to begin slowly rubbing him there. "I'll protect you from the evil parents," he whispered.

"But who's going to protect me from you molesting me in this limo?" Tom purred, his hips arching up to press against Dev's hand and his own found it's way to the bulge in the younger man's jeans.

"Hopefully nobody," Dev laughed, pushing against Tom's hand. 'You're completely at my mercy, you lucky bastard."
