actually i think you would be one of the people who would find this the funniest too, i can take a screen shot of it, but then I dont know how to get the screen shot available to the internet to show you, any pointers?

Hit prnt scrn on the keyboard (usually to the right of F1-F12 keys). Open up MSPaint, go Edit->Paste. Save it.

Upload it to: http://www.imageshack.us

What is it? text? a video? You could probably just copy it into the entry.
