CLE period. We watched Imbestigador and something similar regarding poverty and corruption in the country. Seriously, who would spend hundreds of thousands just for a lamp post? I mean, a lamp post, dammit. O_o WTF COA? There were more than one. And those poor people complain about the government, true, but if you look at them, they don't know their situation and just keep on producing children.
