Just put him behind an LJ-cut. Which would be [lj-cut], only replace the [ ]'s with > like normal HTML.

or what you can do is click on the link that says Rich Text when you are updating and then you can just click a few buttons and tada! you got a cut, you can make your pic smaller, insert stuff, change the colors...etc.
