2) Sorry about your iPod. You sure it's not on hold or anything? :P

3) No French verb help from me, since I also have a problem with them. Damn verbs! I find that just repeating them over and over (writing, I mean) is the best way to remember them at least short-term. Maybe writing sentences wouldn't hurt either.
