My brother had smashing pupkins and green day, which I still listen to on a regular basis, along with all the classical I started listening to shortly after, and the power metal and shredder music I started listening to by 12th.
In summary, I don't think my tastes have changed as far as no longer liking music I used to like, but liking that in addition to a ton of new stuff. The closest I come to not liking anything is from having so many cds now that each one gets heard less frequently than before.

Whenever Im down though I just look down my playlist find a fast paced, high energy song, turn the sound way up, and just blast away all the sadness. Hell, I might even play a shooter or something with the music in the background.
I listen to music all the time, even when I'm in bed. That's when it really gets freaky. Well, in my case it doesn't but I create scenarios and stuff occording to the mood, and tone of the song. I love it. The ultimate freedom for me.
Im out, talk to you later!
