At least you have cable, I am stuck (forever!) on dialup as BellSo considers my area the outback and won't install DSL and Aldephia forgot they bought my town's franchise :(

But yes, it does suck to have zero connectivity. I just had to replace my modem, several days offline waiting for the replacement part.
