Do you ever concentrate all your breath into a spot on a shirt or sleeve to make it really, really warm?

Yes. I like to cup my mouth/nose, and breath in deep, just to hear the exhaling and inhaling ghost-like sound.

It's nice, yeah? The thing you wrote about laying down on the earth made me think about breathing into it the same way.
