It's where you take a picture every day for a year. There really isn't a certain way you have to do it, as long as there is a picture every day. Some people take it of their surroundings, others take it of them self. The way I'm doing mine is with a sign :)

that's really cool! i should do one for while I'm in England, that'd be neat. it wouldn't really be a 365, but it'd be a good way to document all the stuff i get to see...
