I finished all of season 2 of Dexter last night. I went to the library at 6, got home at 7 with some tacos and soda... watched episode 1 at 7:30 pm.... and finished at 5 ish in the morning. I skipped one episode, but I've already been spoiled about this show since it premiered way back in in 2006, so it doesn't matter.

I wouldn't have been able to handle a show like this five years ago. But I think I've been seriously desensitized about so much recently that this show doesn't make me as anxious like when I'm watching The Walking Dead... However I don't have recurring dreams about murderers so it's not as unsettling as one may think. And while I am aware that concept of zombies scares the bejesus out of me and not some serial killer, it still doesn't bother me... but that's probably because I'm irrational. Plus Dexter is a serial killer that only kills bad guys. AND Michael C. Hall has one saucy narrator voice.

But I haven't even gotten to season four which is what I'm told is the best at it's most absolutely disturbing prime. Soooo, I'm a bit anxious to get to that place... And also, B told me not to watch Dexter, but I can't help it! I'm addicted.

Yes, this is the use of my free time I am given.

seriously messed show is seriously messe
