YES. YES, YES, YES. This. I'm just getting out of a bad situation myself. And the new job? Pulling me out of it. Older and wiser and more grateful for things. It'll always turn around, somehow, as long as you keep trying.

One thing I've learned is that sometimes anxiety is a treatable medical condition. Other times, it's a completely rational response.

Being treated when it's the first type is a big survival thing!
