Is buying someone's Christmas gift with a gift card considered regifting?

What if the one you are giving it to gave you the gift card to begin with? Are they being Indian Givers? Where does that saying even come from "Indian Giver"?

What does Santa do if there isn't a chimney on the house?

I have never lived in a house with a fireplace/chimney. When I was growing up, this never bothered me for some reason. I just figured Santa had a skeleton key that would open any door. :-)
