So I got a raise at work today for 52 cents an hour. I am pretty excited about that considering I haven't even been there 6 months yet (my 6 month anniversary would be August 24th). I started addressing the wedding invitations this weekend and 100 envelopes, 60 stamps and 2 pens later (not to mention a tired and abused right hand).... they are all addressed and ready to send out tommorrow... that is after I pay the 51 cents of postage for each of them. A couple of months ago I was looking at video game sites online and came across one that was doing a contest for whoever most creatively represented the characters in the following scene.
