Saw this on Judith's blog, so of course, I had to take it. Y'know, 'cause it's relevant to an issue that's been bugging me today.

Regardless of societal tags that get assigned to me I have always held to the last line of an old poem.

"I am what I am, I can only be me."

well i can honestly admit that you, and some other girls (like annelies) prove that geeks can be pretty too *smile* and that geeks are never only males *grin*
nothing wrong with being geek-ish girl, in fact be proud :p it means you've got brains.

those stereotyped beauties in beauty and the nerd are by the way not even that pretty, they need make-up to be show-able, sorry that's not pretty, that's fake.

and further more, i agree totally with sna. i've never been anyone else then myself..and if somebody doesn't like it, wel..that aint my problem. screw them *giggle*

and who cares anyway, your cuddly

Bookstores have RPG aisles? :/

I know about sci fi, fantasy, and manga, but can't say I've seen RPG aisles.

I need to find me one so I can go in there and say that yes, I did see a hot long haired male there...in the mirror :)

The American Book Center here in Amsterdam, which is one of my fave bookstores, has an RPG isle. They stopped selling White Wolf books recently, though :(. Now it's all just D&D and GURPS and stuff, and I don't play those. Ah well, still good for the view :P
