I have once again switched from creative, "new words" mode to editing and formatting mode. But I think once I have Island of Glass published, my brain will be out of mourning enough that I can I can get back to creating new words on a fairly regular basis. I hadn't been intending to go to LonCon, Dan -- I'm off to Britain in just over a week for a friend's wedding. I almost feel like I should, though, because of Jay. Where will you guys be staying?

Venice is amazing. Although be forewarned -- in high summer, the canals can stink. The one and only time my dad was there, he was incredibly disappointed as a result. :) I've been there at least half a dozen times, and loved it every time.
