My Dad was doing better when I saw him yesterday. He somehow doesnt need the Oxygen full time and only at night now. Thats a good thing, things are looking up.
I was there yesterday and now he needs the Oxygen more again. Its very up and down right now which I guess is why they thought it was serious. He isnt in ICU anymore though. Im just taking care of all the loose ends for my parents while this is happening. I went there and got down to business with the hospital and everything else. Thats what Im good at. Hopefully soon he wont need the Oxygen like that. Or like a small thing like a tube. This thing covers his whole face! Its a little saddening. Like I said though I believe he wont need it permanently. Im actually a little mad at the hospiatal because I think its above and beyond. I think they could use one that covers only his mouth maybe. Anyway my goal is to get him on just a tube going into his mouth. Then, maybe not need it at all. I feel if I think it , it will happen.
Try to make him as comfy as possible. Also double check what the hospital is doing and make sure they turn him. Hospitals can be the worse place to be if you are sick.
THANK YOU. I looked into that and the bed they have actually moves him its a really good bed and he seems comfortable at least. I appreciate your concern.
