oh my god ... it is full of links!
As I mentioned before, one of the nicest elements of my apartment is a beautiful, huge porch. This porch, coupled with the beautiful weather available by living in West Hollywood, along with well placed lighting has given me my favorite nighttime habit - reading for the last hour or two before heading off to bed

re the apartment, my wife and I agreed we won't live anywhere where we can't see people from the windows. When I say this no one has ever understood, but you do! For me, it comes from subburbia and for her it comes from being in a farm. We dig life.
re Hudson Hawk, I dig the flick too. And seeing how many times it was repeated on cable TV makes me think there is a sizeable group of like minded folk afraid to admit it.. :)

2. I don't really know Grant, but I know I've seen him. That might make for even better reading - Scorcese, Altman, AND Coppolla, three of my favorite directors? That alone has me intrigued.
