My life just caved in

I was having a good day yesterday, and then I decided to check my grades. That was it I felt the world caving in around me. I got a D+ in chemistry. I was only 5 pts at the most away from a C, from passing the class and graduating on time. So I have to retake the class and possably stay another year! When I saw my grade i just started crying,
