Coming home

Weight gained since wedding - 6 lbs
Number of emails waiting for me at work - 865
Number of meetings I've been scheduled for this week - 12 (about 3 every day, 4 on some days)
Number of times I've had to wash my dog using ketchup because the dumb ass annoyed a skunk - 1

Dish soap and vinegar douche works really well to make a skunk wash. My ex's family dog got sprayed all the time. I think it's because his mom was sprayed right before she had the puppies and still smelled like skunk when they were born. If there was the faintest whiff of skunk in the air he's dash off after it. We used to joke he was trying to find his dad (he lived with his mom).

He smells OK, but there's some lingering odor in the house, and I can't figure out what he managed to rub the stink onto before we grabbed him and hustled him to the shower downstairs. It's like a rotten Easter Egg hunt.

Too bad. There's something fun in going to the store to buy a bottle of dish soap and a half dozen boxes of douche. :)
