So, I used to like California until I found out on Wednesday that my boyfriend is being shipped there for two months for his job! Grr... Actually, even though I am sad about it, I am happy for him because I know it will be good for him and he's excited about it (he's especially excited about only being about 3 hours from Las Vegas). California is actually on the other side of the country that me (about 4 hours flying non-stop) and so I don't think that will be an option. He is coming home for a couple of weekends so I'll get to see him some and I am toying with the idea of flying to see him over Thanksgiving holiday, but that might cost a lot... we'll see how it goes!

Hmmm, I thought internal flights weren't very expensive in the US, but with 4 hours flight, but time to get to the airport etc, better have a loooong week end !

Actually, national flights can be as much as $500 from the East coast to the West coast or even more! It's ridiculous!
