volleyball tourament yesterday... all day. It was a very long day and i we didnt do that bad actually. We had fun and connected more as a team. I hope that we can just continue to get better through out the season. Now my whole body hurts and i need a long good body massage.

so, i really need to pick things up and get things going for myself in my life because i feel really down and sloppy and i dont like that feeling. I kind of feel like a failure. Like i'm not going anywhere... feelings like this need to go away!

so i hate my knee...i didnt play more then 15 minutes yesterday for the whole day because i hurt it in the first game and then i had to sit and watch. My first game and the first tourament of the year. That flipping sucks butt!
