So its 6:31am ive had 1 hours sleep in total, cos my neighbour decided to chap me outta bed at 4am to tell me someone's smashed the drivers window on my car, GRRRRRRRRRRRRR wtf is up with these people? seriously? i could maybe understand it if they took the freaking car.. or even the CD player but nope nothings gone. i fucking hope these bastards

But I agree. We should bring back corporal punishment.
Not killing though but chopping off fingers or hands and stuff. Depending on what they did :) that way they'll be recognised as vandals or thieves and never get a job again. They deserve a miserable life more than they deserve an easy way out I say :)
My bro's car got broken into once. all they took was a bag of licorice :/ I mean it's good they didn't grab anything else but the door and lock were still damaged.
Mine (which was the same car lol I just bought it years later) got broken into twice. 1st time they didn't take anything. 2nd time they sorted through my CD's took most of my burned ones and left most of the originals. lol wtf. these druggies keep getting weirder and weirder.
