Darn it, man, stop reading so many cool and interesting things!

*adds Rule 34 to her books wishlist, to be read sometime after Dreamblood, probably*

You just don't know what you're missing. Can we look forward to a review of The Room: The Novelization, perhaps?

It is high time for cartography to take its place among the arts, and for the atlas to be recognized as literature, for it is more than worthy of its original name: theatrum orbs terrarum, the theatre of the world.

Consulting maps can diminish the wanderlust that they awaken, as the act of looking at them can replace the act of travel. But looking at maps is much more than an act of aesthetic replacement. Anyone who opens an atlas wants everything at once, without limits - the whole world. This longing will always be great, far greater than any satisfaction to be had by attaining what is desired. Give me an atlas over a guidebook any day. There is no more poetic book in the world.

LJ should not be neglected. I've been terrible about it lately. It's still my favourite social media platform.

You are clearly the best brother and cousin in existence. If I had a brother, I would want him to be like you. As it is, I will have to be satisfied just having a friend like you. Which, let's face it, is a pretty good thing to have.

*hugs*

This post now has more comments than the one about my actual brother. Poor neglected LJ.
