Frog or Puddle?

A a couple weeks ago, Caitlin, Meghan, and myself went to a Reptile and Fish store in Cotati where the store mascot was a frog named "Jabba" he was a Ceratophrys ornata (aka Argentine Horned Frog, Pacman Frog) and looked about like this:
