I'm trying as hard as I can, but I can't for the life of me understand a single bit of what he's trying to say here.

he's using christian words and calling them "liberal" then he is taking the stand point of a conservative. He's pointing out hypocrisy among the christian conservative community.

Hey miyaka. How's life? Haven't seen you in forever. Mine's not so good right now, but one day at a time- it works. Maybe you could drop by If... or something. That like everything else is different now, but it's the only thing that has changed to be merely different instead of bad. That was way overdramatic, still we have to see the shaved head.
