I swear they turn the boat so the sun is in your eyes and you have no choice but to look down. When you spend most of your time shut up in a tin can, even a cloudy day hurts your eyes. You feel like a WoW geek coming out of his parent’s basement for the first time in three months.

I think I might go find Jesus Sunday… Someone told me he’s hiding in a broom closet up on the 010.
lol... its true! i always made sure i found jesus on sunday. of course, i worked in deck so it was the only place where i could find a smiling face. that at the PA office.
I listen to the old salts talk about how it used to be.
fuckin' old navy guys. thats all they ever talk about. then the gung ho young guys would talk about it and it would drive me nuts. but i couldn't say anything 'cos they usually outranked me and took ranks very seriously.
