Me too! Corgis are descended from them. These ones used to ride the ships along with the Vikings. :) :)

I never read that! AKC siad it was a farm/herding dog. Pembroke Welsh Corgi was another that I was ogling over, but when I saw the SV it kind of faded into the background :D

I thought I'd read it here, but maybe I imagined it:

No, that's just always been what I've had around. I used to dogsit the italian greyhound for the lady across the way, and spent plenty of time with the dogs at my adopted granddad's place (at one point he had 13!). Besides one of his (a dachshund), I'd never really pondered having one. That is, until now! :D

so if paris hilton and chuck norris had an illegitimate xxy child with a midget, and spoiled it to high hell, is that the pet it would want for protection?

Possibly (that would imply that Chuck Norris' meiosis is anything but flawless, no?) . Or maybe just to herd cattle (Swedish have cattle!). Only the Swedes are clever enough to make a dog halfway to my knee a valuable farmhand.

Yeah, I like those too. And Welsh Corgis, which someone already noted have Vallhunds in their ancestry! :)

There's a cross between a pug and a beagle out there, you should check that out

Yup. Puggles. They're kinda weird, if you ask me. Not very exciting.
