There really isn't enough dark!Hermione around. And she would never leave her muggle roots completely behind, she'd use whatever tools at her disposal that would most efficiently get the job done, be it muggle or magical or house elves. ;)

Just because Voldemort and the Death Eaters are gone, doesn't mean the anti-muggle attitudes went with them. Hermione'll gently show them how wrong they were, once she has total control over wizarding Britain! ;)
