I think my favorite moment of the day was when that lady came to pay at the CS counter and you exasperatedly threw your hands in the air, pointed to the Customer Service sign, and then pointed at the healthy line behind you for the registers.

And then, while she was still within earshot, you complained about idiot customers. Methinks you'll maybe be getting a complaint letter, but it nonetheless made you my hero today.

I think HR is gonna have a field day trying to figure out whether I'm doing my job properly or not. ;P
