I can't think of a reason why Lord Hikaru won't like the plan although I see him trying to pretend he does just for a show.

You don't think he'll think a viewing of the moon and stars too sappy do you? I know it's sappy, but it can't be too sappy. That would be embarrassing, but the moon and stars sort of fit with one of his gifts.
