That is actually a very good choice, has a good processor, video card and storage space. I know a friend who uses the same one to do graphic design, and it works out fine.

What are you going to do with it grrl?

Thank you for the advice and feedback. :)

I think the only thing that is holding me back right now from buying it is the extra 400 dollars I need to come up with for the programs I need for school work. (The versions of word, excel, power point, etc...)

I will probably use it pretty much for school documents and presentations.
