What's this LJ lark all about then? Seriously, who the hell wants to read my ramblings???? Can't you all just get a ruddy Facebook account for pity's sake?
Facebook is user friendly and designed for technophobes like myself! I had to ask Arabella to give me a list of usernames to be able to find anyone on this site. I have many talents but figuring out who people are from their screen names is beyond even me ;)

You may have a point, but there are privacy settings on Facebook. Only my friends can see my info and photos (except the running ones, don't care who sees those!). Plus it's easier to find people on there. I've found some people on it who I never intended to lose touch with, and it's so nice to know what they're up to now. My best friend from school is now a teacher in Korea and is coming to visit in December. Makes me smile!
I'm sure I'll get the hang of this LJ business too. I might even put some ramblings in the journal. Hey, you can't have too many internet distractions can you? (Except Myspace, which is bad and evil).
Right, off for a run. Tomorrow I'm doing a cross country race of the extreme wading through rivers variety while wearing a tutu and green wings. Not sure it'll count as genuine exercise so I've got to get out there today!
