Oh, Nova Scotia. You're so ridiculous ... dropping to -30, when it was like +10 less than a week ago. Gotta love it. Except the part where I had to take off my socks for movement class this morning. The studio was FREEZING. My toes were going to fall off!

Luckily I managed to save them, have no fear.
