- The game can be a little fast, but the activity requirement is only one decent-length post (~seven sentences) or one thread with five comments by your character, per month.
- Everybody gets powered down and starts out as normal humans, but stuff can be regained from participating in events or by paying a price (memories or a body part) at the post office.

I did one briefly a couple years ago for SGA, but I didn't get too deeply involved with it. I've been doing demigod_elite Facebook RP too, but I know that's definitely not the same thing.

Well, it's sort of the similar and a lot different at the same time. Mayfield is what's called a commentspam game because gameplay involves character actions and conversation through comments rather than third-person prose. Since Mayfield is a 1950s town, interaction takes place primarily through action or voice (phone) conversations. Icons are used to show the characters' facial expressions. This is one of my characters, to give you an example. The game moderators host events roughly once a month, some of which are optional and some of which, while not mandatory, serve to advance the game's plot.
